okay, yes, obviously that is funny as all hell. and obviously he didn't mean to say it. so my question is - and nobody has been able to answer this for me yet - what did he mean to say?

usually when he makes a linguistic slip, you can sort of tell what he meant to say...but here...what in the world is he even talking about?

I'm pretty sure he doesn't want obgyns and other doctors to lose their job. he mentioned obgyns because he's been trying to push the idea that he supports women lately.
